Falk Mohns is Founder and Managing Director of ResoluXion Consulting with many years of international leadership experience in the areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance and Internal Audit.
As Chief Audit Executive of an international DAX corporation, he was responsible for the global Internal Audit function as well as comprehensive audit, risk and transformation programs.
Previously, he managed international compliance and monitorship programs, including an FCPA monitorship under the supervision of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ).
Today, he supports companies in building integrated governance and control systems that create transparency, effectively address risks and enable robust decision-making structures.
